Below is a follow-up from Friday, March 2nd’s webinar regarding ERB and RHC benefits which are percentage based and how they are included in a manual pay. We made a change in the system to include these benefits for all Pay Cycles. This means, if the employee has the deduction and contribution assigned to their Employee Management record, those items will be included in the Manual Pay without having to add it based on the percentage calculation. 


Below are 2 examples where 1 employee is ERB-EX and another ERB-R. Note that the deduction and contributions were automatically calculated and included.


Student who does not have ERB, RHC, and is not subject to FICA or Medicare.


Teacher who is a tutor and thus is subject to ERB-R and RHC.
