Tax Reporting Forms: W-2 and 1099-Misc : schoolAbility support

W-2 and 1099-Misc forms can be ordered from a variety of vendors. The key factor to remember for both types of forms is that they should be blank with instructions on the back.

W2 Forms

Employees with more than 4 Box 12 or Box 14 Categories will receive 2 forms. Counts in the W2 Reporting activities do not reflect the second page. Remember to order extra forms to ensure you have enough forms.

Since the instructions on the back of Form 1099-MISC are different than the instructions on the back of Form 1099-NEC, please be sure to order BOTH forms this year. You will want to keep in mind that you will have many more NEC than

MISC forms.
